The SWAMP 231 offers two 31-band channels of 1/3-octave equalization, as well as +/- 6 or +/-12 dB boost/cut range, 20mm faders and XLR / 1/4" inputs. Easy to use and delivers exceptional sound, performance, and reliability.
When to Use a Graphic EQ
Graphic EQ's are essential for live sound engineering, and are a vital tool for PA systems in any acoustic space. They are used to treat a Main Mix or Foldback Monitor output signal and tailor the sound to suit the room. An Equalizer provides the means to "cut" or reduce frequencies that may cause feedback on stage, or in the room, and eliminate unpleasant and harmful frequencies in the PA system.
