AEROLITE COMP is equipped with an INPUT switch suited for High, Middle, and Low Input adjustment; COMP control to set the amount of compression and sustain; ATTACK control to adjust the dynamic and touch-sensitive attack; MIX to adjust the original signals and compressed sound to gain ideal tone with a superb compression and retained infinite sustain of the original tone. When adjusting MIX CCW to the minimum, the AEROLITE COMP can be used as a BOOST for Guitars, Basses and other musical instruments. True Bypass design minimizes tone loss.

Superb compresor

Transparent, noiseless, well built and because of the mix control, versatile the Dr J. Aerolite compressor has contributed to Joyo's growing reputation as a quality pedal builder

a nice little unit
By: Nick Economou on 7 October 2016This is a really nice little compressor that fits on the pedalboard very well and gives you many options for working with compressing the sound and altering the tone. I am using the pedal for both guitar and bass. One of the pedal's best features is also, paradoxically, a potential weakness. The pedal has a little toggle switch that allows for high, low and medium input. The switch is great for instant changes to the tone especially when playing live. My concern is that the switch will break - either because of my clumsiness or because it might get bashed around in transit. It might be worth hanging on to the box that the pedal comes in for transport purposes or else wrap well in bubble wrap. For the price, this is a brilliant little pedal and it does the job well both in the studio and on stage.
