Acoustic Bass Guitars

Bass guitar is often thought of as an electric instrument only. However acoustic bass guitars do exist and are commonly used in studio recordings to capture a more natural bass sound. Many bassist's prefer an acoustic bass guitar for playing at home as no bass amplifier is required. Using an acoustic bass when doing sets with other acoustic guitars is also common and renders a tighter sound.
