Change Delivery Details

 

Realised you won't be home, but the order has already been dispatched? Here's what you can do when your order is in transit. The earlier in the delivery a change is requested, the more options are available - you can check your parcel's current status on our Track your order page first.

Update Your Australia Post Delivery Options:

  • Redeliver to an alternate address.
  • Send or return parcels with an Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Locker.
  • Have your deliveries directed to a Post Office at a location that best suits you.

Update Your Couriers Please Delivery Options:

  • Select a neighbouring address for delivery (within 3 houses in either direction).
  • Request delivery to a different address.
  • Deliver to one of over 3,000 Couriers Please Collection Points (find one near you). 
  • If you received a "sorry we missed you card", click here to arrange redelivery
