Top Quality at a Fantastic Price
This Artist Classical guitar's solid cedar top gives it a really warm sound and they have added a Spanish heel. The Spanish heel is a much more difficult way of making a guitar but it greatly improves the sustain. On standard classical guitars they often use dowels to attach the neck and a lot of tone can be lost through this joint. As with all Artist solid top guitars they use a bone nut and saddle, the hardness of the bone allows great tone and sustain, the typical plastic nuts are quite soft and have the effect of deadening the sound. This model also comes with a Fishman Presys II pre-amp/pickup with built in tuner, so if you want to perform or record this is ideal for you.
