We are shipping orders daily from our warehouse in Canberra with an 11am cut-off for same day shipment.

If your order does not arrive on or before the 24th of December, we will arrange the return of the product at our cost and give a 110% refund including any postage. Should you still decide to keep the parcel, we can offer a 10% refund or a 15% discount coupon on your next purchase.

Please remember to keep an eye on your tracking information so if you notice any abnormalities with the tracking information you can contact the courier or ourselves to get it sorted quickly. Our team will be on hand and ready to help resolve any shipping problems.
