The Chauvet DJ D-Fi Hub is a compact wireless DMX transceiver that works as either a transmitter or a receiver, cutting the cable runs out of your lighting rig. Operating on the 2.4GHz band with automatic channel selection and syncing, it controls an unlimited number of D-Fi-ready fixtures and receivers at up to 200m line of sight, and its OLED display makes setup a matter of seconds.
Transmitter and Receiver in One
Set the D-Fi Hub to transmit and it takes the DMX signal from your controller via 3-pin XLR and broadcasts it wirelessly to every D-Fi receiver on the same channel. Set it to receive and it sits at the fixture end instead, feeding wired DMX back out to lights with no wireless capability of their own - so a pair of Hubs replaces a long cable run outright. It also partners naturally with Chauvet's D-Fi USB transceivers (available separately, including as a 4-pack) plugged into compatible fixtures.
Quick, Reliable Setup
The auto function scans for the optimal frequency and synchronises connected fixtures automatically, or you can select channels manually in busy RF environments. The OLED display gives a clear text readout of mode and channel, and dedicated power and signal LEDs confirm the link at a glance - no guesswork between the mixing position and the rig.
Rig-Ready Mounting
A built-in hook-and-loop strap, keyhole mounting slots and M10/M12 threaded holes fix the Hub to truss, poles or set pieces in seconds. It is compact and light enough to live in a mobile entertainer's case, and equally at home in venue and production installs.
