The MS Blue ukulele features an all solid mahogany body including the top, sides, back, and the neck, which provides much better sustain. Both concert and tenor size with the options of acoustic and acoustic-electric options are available. A free ukulele gig bag is included.
Solid Mahogany
Mahogany offers a balance of features and affordability that make it uniquely suited to the construction of a great sounding Ukulele. While it's a hardwood, it's not too dense, but more than woods like Spruce or Cedar. Players will hear a focused tone - thicker in the mid range yet “punchy”. For discerning players, the choice of tonewood is important. Mahogany is a reddish-brown tropical hardwood known for being durable yet lightweight. Its well-balanced and moderate tone has made Mahogany among the most widely used tonewoods for Ukuleles. This ukulele features solid Mahogany top, back, and sides and upgraded tuners that aid in Intonation and to help it stay in tune.
