The new 1/4" TS professional silent connector from Neutrik gets better and better, now with a rubberised surface providing solid haptic experience. Hermetically sealed switching contacts, Gold plated. The NP2XX-Silent plugs feature >1,000 mating cycles.
Professional Connectors
The NP2XX-SILENT automatically mutes (shorts) an instrument (guitar) cable to avoid pops and squeals when changing the instrument (guitar) under load. The integrated silent switch is based on REED-technology and guarantees a lifetime beyond 1,000 mating cycles. It features a 2 pole 1/4" (6.35 mm) professional phone plug with gold plated contacts, rubberised surfaces for the best haptic experience, "silent switch".
