The passive Sescom IL-LPTT inline XLR push-to-talk switch is a cost effective way to add push-to-talk on/off control to any mic signal. Perfect for presenters, performers, on-air talent or anyone who cannot control the sound board but need to mute and activate a mic. It also works well as a cough switch. This handheld device features a latching button to turn on communication, and with a second button press, mute the signal. A handy feature of the Sescom IL-LPTT is a blue LED to indicate the presence of phantom power on the line when the signal is activated (LED remains dark if no phantom power is present). The unit is housed in the same streamlined case as the popular IL-19 and certain to deliver years of trouble-free use.
