Sliding Rails and Latch Mechanism

Draw isnt sliding prorperly and I havn't even star
By: Jack Pender on 19 June 2016Draw isnt sliding prorperly and I havn't even started using it. SWAMP: Apologies for the issue and thanks for the feedback. Please note that the drawer is designed to be used when mounted in a 19" rack. The metal frame aqueezes in slightly when mounted, then allowing the drawer to move freely. We will contact you directly about providing assistance or return, replacement options if needed.

Drawer arrived broken in WA

Sheet metal work is of good & attractive quality however the roller-bearing sliders on each side are of poor & flimsy quality and oddly, are attached using pop rivets to the drawer and outer case. My drawer arrived with packaging full of loose ball bearings and two detached roller carriers also loose in the box. SWAMP: Apologies for the issue and thanks for the feedback. It's not a common problem for this product and sounds like the unit may have been damaged in transit, we will contact you directly about providing a replacement or refund.
