It couldn't have been better...but
By: Anonymous on 24 August 2026Arrived promptly and undamaged in regional Victoria in just 4 days. Certainly can't complain about that. It's solidly made, and looks like it would stand up to travelling pretty well. I bought it on the off chance that it might fit a Harley Benton EX-84 Modern Explorer style guitar, and when the guitar arrived this morning from Thomann, I held my breath hoping it would fit. Well, not only did it fit perfectly, but it looks like it was built for it! Every "Point" fits snugly into their respective corners, with around 40mm of space at the headstock. Love the inclusion of a case pocket; something usually missing from lower priced cases. Nice touch. Now for the "But" in my title. This particular guitar has a body that is only 90% the size of a Gibson Explorer, so I just wonder whether fitting of the latter may be a problem. The guitar is full sized apart from that, but it still fills the case. Anyway, apart from that hypothetical situation, I'm very happy with my purchase, and wouldn't hesitate to buy another Artist case if they're all as good as this. Pity there's not a spot for a photo so that prospective buyers can see exactly what I mean. Thanks guys.
