23 August 2013On the few occasions that I have dealt with Swamp, they have given pretty good service and the pricing was reasonable. I had to return a product that wasn't quiet rite and required a refund which was forth coming without any hassles. I will certainly use their services again. Many thanks

27 May 2013WOW. Swamp Industries are great over the phone ! When I called I had no knowledge what so ever about what I was buying and what I would need for it. I left the phone call feeling like a music guru. They are so nice and helpful over the phone and have great prices! I asked so many questions, even I was getting annoyed with myself, but they didn't mind at all! They did the best they could and then some! Thank you so much swamp!

5 December 2012Ultimately the best equipment buying experience I've ever had. GREAT GEAR, AWSOME PRICES AND FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!! I SET UP ALL MY PERFORMING and RECORDING NEEDS WITH THE SWAMP AND PROBABLY SPENT LESS than a 3rd of what most of my friends have spent on big name brands and it sounds better and looks better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL THERE PRODUCTS. :-)
3 December 2012I recently purchased a set of ISK microphones from Swamp as I had read good reveiws about them. I thought what better way to test them than at my next live mix. We did all our sound checks with the equivelant Shure set of microphones, and then did nothing but exchange them for the ISK units. WOW. If I could be a little critical the 58's had slightly less gain, and a very slight less top, but overall bang for buck they are brillaint, and I wouldn;'t hesitate to recommend them to others. Excellent bang for buck

I started buying from Swamp a few years ago with a couple of casual purchases through eBay, but since then I've got (mostly) Swamp cables and multicores in my studio, and a whole batch of iSK mics that just continue to impress me. 21 November 2011What a fantastic company you guys are. Everytime I called and enquired about anything I spoke to a team member who was only to happy to offer advice. I was always called back promptly if I couldn't speak to any one directly. The prices and quotes were by far the cheapest in the music industry. I purchased a 16.4.2 Presonus Studio Live Desk ( Honestly this piece of kit is the bomb, like going from an old analog phone to a smart phone, you wonder how the hell you got by with out it.) 14 July 2011Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service by Swamp, and for the Mackie Profx12 mixer! What a great little machine it is! Built like a tank as the ad says, but compact and easy to use! The inbuilt effects are excellent, and it is the best mixer I have used in years! Great for small band, duo or solo- I do some of each in my music career! Loved the idea of the built in DI on channel one- an all round top little mixer!
14 July 2011Excellent service is an understatement. The guys went above and beyond the call of duty and ensured I had all the relevant information needed before I purchased the kit. They looked at the system I was connecting to and researched the type of kit I needed to ensure it would be compatible. Most other places I tried normally respond with 'it should be fine' and it normally isn't. I will not be going elsewhere for kit if Swamp supply the goods! Keep it up guys! I also got next day delivery!
