Returns and Warranty
There may be occasions where a product does not fit the intended purpose or may be faulty and you need to return it. To assist us to make this process as smooth as possible, we ask that you submit information into the below form to kick start the RMA process. Our friendly customer support staff will get in contact to advise the next step in the process.
Change of Mind Returns - you may return an item within 30 days for a full refund.
Warranty Claims - all products have at least a 1 year warranty, and we pay the return shipping for SWAMP branded products.

Options:
- Dropbox - upload to your dropbox and share with "support@swampindustries.com"
- Website Chat - upload using our Website Chat interface (RED button, bottom right corner of page)
- Facebook / Messenger - upload and send via Facebook Messenger
- Google Drive - upload to your Drive and share with "support@swampindustries.com"
- One Drive - upload to your One Drive and share with "support@swampindustries.com"
- SMS - most phones can send a video to email via SMS, enter "support@swampindustries.com" where you would a phone number and hit send (recommened only for short videos)
