The RockBoard Power Ace Current Doubler Y Cable combines two isolated 2.1 x 5.5 mm power outputs into one, so a current-hungry pedal can draw on both - for example, two 150 mA outputs become a single 300 mA supply. Two black barrel plugs are wired in parallel to one white barrel socket over a compact 20 cm cable, letting you power a demanding digital pedal from your existing multi-output supply without upgrading it.

Same Voltage, More Current
Because the two outputs are wired in parallel, the voltage stays the same while the available current adds up - a pair of 9V outputs still gives 9V. Both outputs must be isolated and of the same voltage: two isolated outputs of a multi-output supply work, as do two separate supplies with identical specifications. This is not a voltage doubler and will not turn 9V into 18V.

Compact for Tidy Pedalboards
Plug the two black barrel plugs into two isolated outputs, then connect your pedal's power cable to the white socket. The super compact plugs measure just 20.5 x 11 x 8.5 mm and the 20 cm cable keeps the join neat under or between pedals, and the white socket makes it easy to see which end is which on a busy board.
