Using a network cable instead of a four-way DMX loom, you can transfer four-way DXM light signals by simply connecting a Cat5 or Cat6 Ethernet cable between any two CXA042 transmission boxes. Contains 4 x 5-pin XLR-F inputs and four 5-pin XLR-M outputs.

- XLR female input: connected to the lighting console (5pin XLR only 1, 2, 3 pins for connection)
- RJ45 input/output: Send or receive four DMX light signals via Cat5, Cat6 Ethernet cable.
- THRU: Parallel connection of RJ45.
- XLR male output: connected to stage lighting (5pin XLR only 1, 2, 3 pins for connection)
