The HDMI 4K30 Pro2 is a simple to use HDMI audio extractor allows you to grab the digital HDMI audio signal from the HDMI input to 2 channel analogue stereo output and SPDIF output or 5.1 channel SPDIF output. Play audio from your external speakers.
The Pro2 4K HDMI Audio Extractor allows you to extract audio from HDMI sources—such as Apple TV, Blu-ray players, or satellite receivers—and route it to external speakers or audio systems via analogue stereo (RCA) or SPDIF digital outputs. The HDMI video continues to pass through to your display or projector unaffected. Pass-trough HDMI resolution up to 4K@30Hz, Deep colour up to 36bit, 3D, etc. Three Audio EDID Settings: 2.0CH/5.1CH/By pass. Includes 5V DC Power power supply.
How It Works
- Connect your HDMI source (like a media player or game console) to the HDMI input.
- Attach your display (TV, monitor, projector) to the HDMI output.
- Select the desired audio mode (2.0CH, 5.1CH, or bypass) using the device’s DIP switch.
- Plug audio out through RCA (analogue) or SPDIF (optical digital).
- Power it up using the provided 5V DC adapter.
- The video continues to your display, while audio is streamed separately to your speakers or AV system.
