Play, Perform, Discover
Great to play: Impact GX MINI features our newly developed velocity-sensitive mini-keybed. Despite the keys’ minuscule dimensions they are expressive to play with a defined and firm feel. A choice of three velocity curves allows you to adjust the keyboard response to your playing style.
Modulation Controls: GX MINI sports a Joystick for pitch bend and modulation control as well as a footswitch connector for adding a sustain pedal. What's more, the joystick upwards/downwards axes and footswitch are MIDI-assignable - so you can control other parameters, too. Play in ways not even possible on full-sized keyboards: Simply press one of the dedicated "Part 2” buttons for momentary note transpose, layering or MIDI channel switching. A fun performance feature! Part 2 is assignable to Octave, MIDI Channel, Transpose, Layer or a combination of these features.
Nektar DAW Integration
Control your DAW - Of course, the GX Mini works with any MIDI music software right out of the box. But Nektar controllers can do more if you install the included NEKTAR DAW Integration software. Take advantage of instant access to up to 21 DAW functions from GX Mini: Control extended DAW transport functions (including locators), navigate and select tracks, open DAW windows and more. Nektar DAW Integration for GX MINI currently supports: Ableton Live, Bitwig, Cakewalk, Cubase, Digital Performer, Garageband, Logic, Nuendo, Digital Performer, FL Studio, Reaper, Reason and Studio One.

BITWIG 8-Track DAW Included
Produce and perform like a pro from day one with the included Bitwig 8-Track DAW. It comes with over 50 software instruments and effects for use on up to 8 audio or MIDI project tracks (if you own 3rd party VST plug-ins, you can use those, too). The also included ‘Bitwig Essentials Package’ featuring a handpicked selection of highly versatile loops, clips and samples will get you going right away. Even better, Nektar DAW Integration will let you control transport and navigate tracks directly from GX Mini.
