By: Simon Whale on 17 September 2015Not a big fan of this stand, its OK but I need something that is quick and easy so I think Ill get a new Hercules stand from my old supplier and am just classing this as money lost.

By: Simon Whale on 26 July 2013Had this for a couple of weeks and the single hand height adjust does not lock thus it drops straight back down. A hard plastic collar has broken that now causes the top half of the stand to be unstable. The base and boom adjusters are awkward to use, especially the boom adjuster. This stand is so bad I have already ordered a new Hercules stand from my old supplier and am just classing this as money lost. One of the worst products I have ever bought!

The locking ratchet feature on the boom is an excellent feature, and the single hand height adjustment is a dream to use and makes life so much easier. Great purchase and not expensive - worth every cent. Build quality looks good and I now just hope it's built to last as it will take some heavy use.
