The Artist AT57 in Aged Vintage Green over Sunburst combines a road-worn relic nitro finish with a versatile HS pickup pairing - a 19.23K coil-split humbucker in the bridge and a hot Alnico V single coil in the neck. A mahogany body, roasted maple neck and stainless steel frets make this hot-rodded road warrior as playable as it looks.
Hot-Rodded Vintage Design
The AT57 pairs the best elements of vintage guitar design with a host of modern appointments, giving this model a versatility edge over its older brother, the legendary AT53. It shares the same classic-looking quarter-sawn roasted maple neck, while a mahogany body maximises sustain. The aged Vintage Green nitro finish wears through to the sunburst beneath - genuine road-worn character straight out of the box, with no two examples quite alike.
HS Pickups with Coil Split
Artist settled on an HS configuration with an ultra high-output 19.23K single-coil sized Alnico V humbucker in the bridge and a hot 12.69K Alnico V single coil in the neck. Voiced with aggressive mid-range punch and searing top end, the bridge humbucker suits anything from classic rock breakup to bone-crushing modern metal - and when you want classic single-coil twang, just flick the coil-split toggle and the AT57 will chicken-pick with the best of them. A bone nut, copper foil shielding, wheeled string tree and locking strap buttons complete the package.
