Artist MDF200EQ F-Style Acoustic Electric Mandolin
The Artist MDF200EQ is a premium F-style mandolin in classic Sunburst, built with a solid A-grade spruce top and flame maple back and sides for a bright, articulate voice. A built-in pickup and EQ let you plug straight into an amp or PA and shape your tone, while gold-plated machine heads, an engraved golden tailpiece and a scrolled, bound body give it real presence. A black hard case is included.
Solid Spruce Top, Flame Maple Back
The solid A-grade spruce top responds to every pick stroke with the bright, punchy attack and clear chop the mandolin is loved for, while the flame maple back and sides add focus and a striking figure under the sunburst finish. A one-piece European maple neck is designed for improved sustain, and the Purple Heart fretboard and bridge are built with looks and durability in mind.
Plug In and Be Heard
For the mandolinist who needs to cut through a band, the MDF200EQ's inbuilt pickup and EQ connect it directly to an amplifier, PA or mixing desk, so you can shape your tone and stay audible at jams, gigs and sessions. Unplugged, it is every bit an acoustic F-style for practice and playing at home.
Protected on the Road
The included black hard case keeps the mandolin safe in transport and storage, making the MDF200EQ a complete, ready-to-gig package straight out of the box.
