The NUX MG-50Li in Dark Blue is NUX's flagship all-in-one modeller and profiler for guitar and bass, pairing TS/AC-4K white-box amp modelling with DeepImage profiling in a battery-powered floor unit. The brushed dark blue aluminium alloy chassis carries six footswitches, an onboard expression pedal and a 5 inch high-definition colour display, while stereo XLR outputs, dual effect loops, MIDI in/out and a USB-C audio interface make it equally at home on stage or in the studio.

Two Modelling Engines in One
At the core of the MG-50Li is NUX's TS/AC-4K white-box physical modelling algorithm, twice as intricate as its predecessors and run on a triple-DSP platform: one processor for effects, one for amp modelling and a third for split amp simulation. Amp modelling is divided into separate preamp and power amp stages, so you can swap power tube models to sculpt your own textures across 28 white-box amps. Alongside it sits DeepImage, NUX's black-box profiling technology: capture the essence of your own amps, preamps, overdrive and distortion pedals with the NUX IMAGE app, store them in 30 DeepImage amp and 30 user amp slots, and refine each capture with different EQ and power amp tube models.

Cyber IR Stereo Cabinets
Cyber IR technology reproduces true impulse responses with adjustable microphone type, position and distance, in stereo with imperceptible latency. There are 42 factory Cyber IRs and 60 user IR slots (L/R), and the dual-chain routing system combines up to 14 simultaneous effect blocks - including two amps and four cabinets - in serial, parallel or split configurations, so the MG-50Li becomes a personal tone laboratory.

Battery Power and Stage-Ready I/O
A built-in rechargeable lithium battery delivers up to 6 hours of playing per charge (around 5 hours to recharge), so you can perform anywhere without hunting for a power outlet. Professional I/O covers two effect loops for your favourite pedals, stereo XLR outputs with ground lift for direct mixer connection, MIDI in/out, an EXP jack for an external expression pedal, plus aux in and headphone out. The included NBT-1 Bluetooth module adds audio streaming and wireless app control, the USB-C port works as a 24-bit/48kHz audio interface for recording, patch management and firmware updates via the NUX Audio App and PC editor, and a phrase looper lives under the STOMP footswitch.
