The Audiocenter L83 is a passive full range column speaker, which works perfectly with the active L83S subwoofer to create a high quality compact DSP column system. Patented technologies featured with BrainCore, ETE Waveguide, and Phycal technology. A powerful system, it suitable for fixed installation and touring performance of various types.
Powerful Column System
This Audiocenter L-Series PA is a compact multi-purpose active DSP column system consisting of a passive full-range column speaker L83 and an active DSP controlled dual 12" subwoofer L83S. The L83 contains 8 x 3” neodymium full-range drivers. The drivers in the L83 are arranged using Phycal technology to maximise the coverage of the vertical sonic beam. The ETETM waveguide system developed by Audiocenter forms cylindrical waves, then couples continually, working together with customised horn design to realize the perfect joint of frequency response, which provides the accurate horizontal coverage and ensures the well-balanced, clean and clear sound. The L83 MK2 can meet the reinforcement application in different venues and complex space. The system works efficiently and has built-in Bluetooth that supports multiple signal inputs.
Easy Connections
Utilising Neutrik panel mount connectors, there are two combo jack/XLR inputs with separate gain controls and a mic/line switch. An XLR mix out can connect easily to another powered speaker. There are separate master volume and sub volume controls. A USB port is available for utilising DSP software. Finally, bluetooth is available with a pairing button for ease of use.
Patented Technologies
With its advanced technology and scientific methodology, BrainCore analyses and processes the input signal, DSP module, Class D amplifier and loudspeaker optimally, achieving excellent frequency response and audio reproduction even at high levels of SPL. ETE technology calculates the perfect frequency response, providing the most accurate horizontal coverage, ensuring clear sonic signals. The Phycal (physical calibration) technology raises the coverage of the vertical acoustic sonic spectrum. These technologies were researched and developed by Audiocenter.
