DM-3500 Dynamic Vocal Microphone with On-Off Switch
This brand new dynamic vocal microphone is fast becoming our favourite at SWAMP - Literally prepare to be shocked when you hear it for the first time. Featuring an all new proprietary, custom high grade capsule. Included is a microphone clip.
Great Value and Performance
It is very rare that a microphone arrives to completely change the landscape of vocal dynamic microphones, especially in the lower price range market, and this mic is it! The iSK DM-3500 has all the features of iSK mics - high standard of build workmanship, durabiity and functionality. However, it also features an all new proprietary, custom high grade capsule, which produces an accurate tone well suited to vocals and live sound applications.
Strong Signal Output
Compared to the 58's of the dynamic world, the DM-3500 is a superior microphone overall - the first difference you notice when you A/B the two microphones is the much stronger signal output, and an overall better tonal quality across the frequencies. No more 58 honk to deal with.

- High Quality Dynamic Vocal Microphone

comparable with the more expensive mics
By: Wayne on 10 July 2024I've got a bag of these that I use for open mics and jam nights. Real easy to dial in the perfect eq for a variety of singers, good pickup for weaker voices, and robust! Easy to customise to identify as your own when using other people's gear on stage. Had singers slag them off to the audience, but they also said to me afterwards that they had never sounded so good on a live stage. Had a more expensive mic for my own gigs, but now that gets left behind and I just use one of my jam night mic's from the van. Comparable with anything 3 - 4 times the price. If anything.... I probably would prefer them without the switch.

By: Anonymous on 26 February 2024I used this mic for the first time on the weekend and found it to be very well balanced to the male vocal I was using it on. Way less Low mid mud and 800 honk that is in some of the other more expensive mics I have been using for 22 years in the the live sound world even compared it to a 800 dollar dynamic that I have. Nice airy top end not spikey but smooth. Very impressed for the price. Actually just impressed full stop.

By: Chris on 26 March 2023It just sounds better than my SHURE BETA58A.Also has a switch. So the Shure stays in the draw.

Brilliant
By: Ben on 19 November 2021I am usually a pretty loud vocalist but have a bad habit of getting too excited and burning my voice out every gig. This mic eliminates that problem! It picks up my voice really well and everything I do sounds better. Cannot recommend enough.

Great mics
By: Simon on 27 February 2021Really happy with these mics. Much clearer even than the Beta58's we were using at the rehearsal studio.

Perfect all round mic
By: Chris on 12 November 2019Have used this mic in a live situation for the past month and let me say I'am totally a fan. I'm an audio engineer for a metal band and this mic has been a bit of a surprise. the band has a clean singer and a growler and the mic works great for both. We use an sm58 as well and side by side I would recommend the iSK 3500 in front of the 58. It has better lows and the mid range is much stronger making it easier to mix a good vocal. Given the price it's a no brainer. I will be purchasing another one from Swamp very soon.

Amazing for the price
By: Chris on 20 August 2019I can only review this mic on its studio vocal use as I haven't used it live yet. In short I was blown away with the clarity and presence, the only eq settings I made was to roll some bass off as I wasn't using a pop filter and the mic was fantastic so rich and full on both male and female vocals. I have no hesitation in recommending the ISK DM 350 for studio use. Will update the review as soon as I use it live.
