This professional studio MIDI keyboard mirrors some of the best of the market in features and customization ability. Armed to the teeth with various control points, Worlde have designed this unit as a compact all in one solution for professional MIDI recording and editing.
25 Velocity Sensitive Keys (2 Octaves)
The PANDA Mini incorporates 25 reduced size keys, making it a great choice for both live and studio work where the performer is short on space. The keys are unweighted and have a smooth and glossy feel, which is ideal for synth playing. Though unweighted, the velocity sensitivity means that the keys are responsive to touch i.e. hit the key harder and your instrument plays louder, great for dynamic performance.
Pitch Shift Buttons
Though small, the PANDA Mini still offer pitch shift functionality with two designated pitch shift buttons. These buttons give the user the ability to bend notes and apply varying degrees of modulation in real time. This can be done either whilst recording or post recording if your DAW allows for on the fly automation recording.
8-piece Backlit Drum Pads
8 rubber drum pads make it super easy to perform drum patterns, perfect for playing in those beats with an authentic, percussive feel. The pads are assigned by default to the most common MIDI notes for a software drum kit (C2 Bass Drum). However, if you aren't happy with the default configuration, the pads are also user assignable, just edit in your DAW! The pads are also backlit, which is a useful tool for both inspiring performances as well as making edits when working with looped or sequenced patterns live.
Packed full of Assignable Features
4 function knobs can be assigned as MIDI controllers for your DAW's rotary functions, such as panning, cut-off and resonance, and much more. PANDA Mini also features 4 slider style faders and 2 x 4 rows of velocity sensitive trigger pads are also assignable, .
Complete Control
Worlde have made this the ultimate do everything MIDI controller by giving the user complete control over the internal software of the controller. You can map every knob, button, key, or pad to any MIDI signal. In addition you can choose from 3 different velocity curves for the keys and pads, so you can customize the play-ability to your personal playing style.
