SWAMP DIY Build Your Own Electric Guitar Kit - Semi-Hollow Body Style
If you have ever wanted to build your own semi-hollow bodied guitar, but feel you don't have the carpentry or wiring skills of a Luthier, then this SWAMP DIY guitar kit is ideal for you. Includes a routed body, precut neck, and all other parts required.
The Guitar Body
The body is gorgeous, made from basswood with a AAA Flamed Maple Top. The holes for the pickups, jack and neck have been precut for an easier build.
The Guitar Neck
This 335 style guitar Kit includes a hard maple set-neck with a 15" radius, and headstock commonly used on many electric guitars. With 22 frets, and a scale length of 24.75", this guitar, once constructed, will be an instrument upon which the player can perform just about any piece of music they are capable of playing.
The Guitar Controls and Electronics
Similar to most 335 style guitars, there is a 3 way pick up selector wired up to 2x humbucker pick ups. Two volume and two tone knobs are ready for you to solder.
The Guitar Hardware
The hardware supplied in the kit includes chrome Grover style tuning keys, a Trapeze Tailpiece bridge, a chrome jack connector and mount, a 3-Ply Black pickguard, plus all the screws and bolts required to put the guitar together. In addition each kit comes with a set of strings and guitar lead to plug into your amplifier.
