MOEN NDI-A-II - Compact Acoustic Guitar DI
The MOEN NDI-A-II is a compact DI (Direct Box) specifically for acoustic guitars. Ideal for use on stage or in the studio to carry signal from the acoustic guitar to the mixing desk or mic pre amp. The DI converts the Hi-Z line level input into a balanced mic level signal suitable for replication through a PA.
No Phantom Power Required
The MOEN NDI-A-II requires DC 9v power Adapter (not supplied) to operate, meaning that it can be used in instances where phantom power is not available the mixing desk.
Great for Recording and Live
This pedal is great for live and recording purposes. By going direct in to the mixing desk, the need for a microphone is eliminated, and time spent positioning mics can be instead spent focusing on performance. Without a microphone, the constant threat of "spill" into the microphone is non existent, ensuring that a totally clean, pure and noiseless sound is delivered to the mixing desk.
Suitable for Other Instruments too
Because of the simple analogue design, the MOEN NDI-A-II can be used for other instruments such as vocal effect units.
