The Donner DAM1000 is a 10 channel analogue mixer and 24-bit/48kHz USB audio interface in one all-metal console. Four LAXY-PRE mic preamps, each with its own +48V phantom power switch and one-knob compressor, sit alongside three stereo line inputs, 24 built-in DSP effects and Bluetooth 5.3 streaming, so a single desk can run your vocals, instruments, backing tracks and recording rig for live sound, podcasting, live streaming and home studio work.

Four LAXY-PRE Mic Preamps with Phantom Power
Channels 1-4 use combo XLR/6.35mm jacks that accept microphones, instruments or line-level sources. Each channel has its own +48V phantom power switch, so condenser and dynamic mics can run side by side, plus a Hi-Z switch for plugging a guitar or bass straight in and a 100Hz low cut (18dB per octave) that clears away rumble, stage thump and handling noise. With a 105dB signal-to-noise ratio, the LAXY-PRE preamps give clean, low-noise gain that keeps vocals and acoustic instruments detailed.

One-Knob Compression on Every Mic Channel
A dedicated compressor knob on each of the four mic channels evens out sudden jumps in level, such as a singer leaning into the mic or a hard strum on an acoustic guitar, so the mix stays controlled without outboard gear or menus to dig through. A red peak LED on each of these channels shows when the input gain needs backing off.

Stereo Line Inputs, EQ and Routing
Channels 5/6, 7/8 and 9/10 are stereo line inputs on balanced or unbalanced 6.35mm jacks (use the left jack for a mono source), ready for keyboards, drum machines, samplers and media players. Channels 1-8 each have a 3-band EQ (12kHz high, 2.5kHz mid and 80Hz low, with up to 15dB of boost or cut) to shape the tone, along with pan or balance, mute and level controls. Two routing switches give digital sources their own channels: USB playback from your computer returns on channels 7/8, and Bluetooth audio arrives on channels 9/10.

24 Built-In Effects
The onboard DSP holds 24 effect presets, shown on an LED display: rooms, halls, plates, cathedral and spring reverbs, chorus, doubler, echo, a range of delays including ping-pong and delay plus reverb, flange, auto wah and overdrive/distortion. Channels 1-8 each have an FX send knob, the Parameter knob adjusts the depth of the selected effect, and a separate FX fader sets how much of it returns to the main mix. The FX Send jack can also feed an external effects processor, and a footswitch jack lets you switch the effects on and off hands-free.

USB Audio Interface and Bluetooth 5.3
Connect the USB-C port to a computer and the DAM1000 becomes a 2-in/2-out USB audio interface, recording at 24-bit/48kHz with an ASIO driver for low-latency monitoring in your DAW. It also supports an OTG connection to a mobile phone for streaming, although compatibility varies between phone models. Bluetooth 5.3 provides a stable, longer-range wireless link for playing backing tracks, walk-in music or playlists from a phone or tablet: just press and hold the Bluetooth button to pair.

Outputs, Monitoring and Build
The main outputs are on both balanced XLR and 6.35mm jacks for PA speakers, powered monitors or an amplifier, with twin LED level meters and separate main and FX mute buttons. The 6.35mm headphone output has its own level control, and the To Phones switch lets it run independently of the main fader so you can monitor at a comfortable level; it can also be used to feed powered studio monitors. The all-metal chassis is made for the knocks of live and studio use, and the mixer runs from the included 12V DC power adapter.
