MOEN MO-OD Overdrive Guitar Effect Pedal
The MOEN MO-OD Overdrive Distortion Pedal offers a smooth, natural analog overdrive similar to a full-up tube amplifier. The effect is incredibly transparent as it responds to individual playing dynamics and lets the true tone of your instrument shine through as smooth, natural overdrive just like a cranked tube amplifier. Great for driving the front end of a guitar amp, solid state or valve!

By: Steve Holt on 8 February 2014Whilst I can't fault the top service from Swamp, I was disappointed in this pedal, as others have praised it's warm tone but I found it sucked too much bass from my tone, I play a Fender Jaguar through a modded HRDx, and this OD sounds like the stock Drive on the amp, if you don't mind the sound of the Hotrod Drive you'll be happy with this.
By: John onMy Moen overdrive pedal came in the mail today securely wrapped and promptly delivered by the helpful staff at Swamp Industries. I guess when you buy an overdrive pedal for $ 59.00 AUD. you think the chances of you really liking it are slim, and so with this feeling of trepidation I prepared my comparison A/B test with my over $200.00 USD. pedal and the Moen O.D. pedal. After tweaking the Moen O.D. to the sound of my liking ( much to my pleasant surprise ) I commenced to A/B them, andԠLord have mercyԠthe Moen pedal kept on winning hands down. This unit just had more depth of tone and transparency due to its low gain qualities not to mention touch sensitivity that gave you that little bit of grunt where needed. The Moen O.D. is also built to last in a heavy duty metal casing (with a groovy paint job may I add) all this for $59.00 how do they do it? Who cares Iӭ happy. Special thanks to Tom at Swamp Ind. for his sound advice (no pun intended) and quick responsesŅŠnow itӳ time to wake the neighbours .
